Journal Entry #1
For this journal entry, I will be discussing pages 1-38 of The Crowfield Curse. The book begins with William, the main character, stumbling upon an injured “hob” caught in a trap, set in the forest by an unknown person. The hob is close to the point of dying, but William acts quickly and carries the hob back to his village while getting the local doctor, Brother Snail. With the hob safe in his hut, William goes back into the forest and gets rid of the trap by throwing it into a pool located in The Whistling Hollow.
A few observations I made when reading the first part of this book was that William is altruistic, brave and a worrier. There are a few events and details in the book that support my observations. First, William helps a creature that he never met before or even seen before. In my opinion, I believe not many people in William’s situation would do what William did. Second, William ventures to a so-called “evil” place just to throw away a trap that harms crea

I'd like to ask a mod to give this user a warning for the usage of language when talking about his french subject teacher, there are indeed a few soheys running around on this forum and i believe such language may corrupt them. As sohey's are very precious in the bb community we wouldn't want that kind of corruption now would we?
Lol i like Trump but my parents hate him. I also think communism isnt as bad as people make it look but both my parents talk like communism has been thought of by the devil himself. I hate people who still think the "gender wage gap" isnt a myth made up by butthurt feminists....but my mom still thinks the gap is actually a thing. I dont antagonize Erdogan for what he is doing or trying to do but my mom (and friends) basically despise him. I support death penalty and torture for people who comitted evil crimes (i dont rhink im allowed to go into detail) but my friends think the contrary. My friends and mom actually called me "anti-democrat" because of this.
You're policies combined are going to make most everyone disagree with you. Communism is just as bad as it sounds and i can explain why if you really care. Additionally, torture is pretty messed up and that's not going to get much support from anybody. Death penalty is ok, but there's no need to be cruel to people, even if they were to other people. Torturing is not a solution to torture, and it's just excessive and it is also more expensive. Also torture would likely be ruled unconstitutional in most cases due to our right not to face 'cruel or unusual punishment".
Communism in basically any western nation is a dumb idea. Though it can be a solution for avery poor country that still has the class system (e.g. Ethiopia or maybe Brazil or in war times). But it doesnt work as a long term solution, only as short term. But i would really like to hear why its not ok (I any way ). I like to have both sides, hnlike my friends lol.
And the thing about torture is ratger a personal thing. I want them to aleady suffer here and somewhat (just slightly tho) repent for what they have done. And i dont support torture like cutting of something. Just isolate them for a week and dont give them any food. And repeat
