Being able to consume the small health packs even though you're at full health should not be a thing. It doesn't overheal you anyways, and instead it just takes away the opportunity to heal for someone who actually needs it.
Agreed. Also originally BSS only doubled your damage and it is a variable easily changed, no idea why they changed it and i personally think it should be put back to 2x damage considering it lasts for 20 seconds.
This cheap so fly huggable was using slowmotion field so that walk back melee and dodging both stopped working as counters to So Fly. Luckily I had a slow mo field set myself, with toxic plague. Eventually I made him ragequit lol.
Wow. I just reread my old story: Arrows of Calamity. It started when I asked forumers to enter in their own Battle Bears OCs, and I'd write them all into one big story.
In retrospect, the writing was cheesy, but the storytelling was well paced and captivating. But most importantly, it had a sense of community. People read these stories. We drew art of the characters. Each chapter got around 7-10 reactions; a few of them even got promotes from sky vu members. In between chapters, people left comments speculating on what would happen next and discussing their favorite scenes. Forumers would bump to "keep alive," and some would request for me to add their OCs to the story.
I made friends through this dumb little story. They're gone now. I can hardly believe this forum, once so alive that so many people could join together to enjoy some 12 year old's mediocre fanfiction, has now been reduced to this wasteland. Sorry if it sounds like I'm patting myself on the back. Just miss those days
Try to hit them from a distance and catch them off guard. Generally they will spam them at you and then run away: watch for the little red darts and back the heck outta there if you see them. Wait for them to show themselves, then hit them hard with automatic or explosive weaponry. Basically, if you let them have their way and let them off the hook when they try to dance away from you, you won't be able to nail them - you have to be persistent and not let them gain any ground. Then, you can enjoy spawnkilling them for a bit if you're lucky!
From what my comp friends have said, they usually keep a high burst character to quickly dispose of them in order to balance out map control and not hide in weird places. Also Tesla and Curtain can make Blowdarts stick in place, making it highly more easier to see where the dart is and about it. Huggable and Botch can also be used to punish Blowdart users due to their high burst of damage compared to the timed damage that Blowdarts offer and can reach better speed than Astoria can reach.
Today I came across a rare sight: teamwork in BBG. This wil actually stood behind my iron curtain (that's a first) and used his shotgun to fire at the guys on the other side. He got a ton of kills, and I only got one but I didn't mind. It was so satisfying .

Ironically, I want one of the weapons I use toned down: So Fly. I LOVE this weapon so much, and it's been the center of my playstyle since BBR. But I always believed it should be a mobility tool. The damage it does currently feels like it's too much. I see huggables succeed by so flying straight at people. Personally, I just walk back while mashing melee, and it works 100% of the time for me. But it doesn't work for slower classes; they just have to take it and hope they live. With the distance/travel speed buffed so much since the overhaul, I think a damage nerf is warranted. Thoughts? Feel free to disagree.
From a casual standpoint damage nerf would be good but competitively it needs duration/fly speed nerfs
No way to please everyone because it would be UP unless they were minor which wouldn't do much either :/
Nerfing the mobility would encourage mindlessly flying at people instead of using it strategically as a get away or get to somewhere tool. It'd be a worse charged run essentially. I'd much rather it stay fast rather than it doing 80 damage.
