@MrRoadrash12 thanks for coming back. All of you actually. This is an interesting thread in that it seems many of you have moved into PC gaming. This is relevant because we actually might start the closed beta on Steam first because the new server technology we're building on isn't ready yet for mobile. So if you have a Steam account, please let me know and join our Facebook.com/groups/bbbeta private group if you can. Be sure to mention you have a Steam account.
personally, while i love the models from BBU and think that texture-wise, they're the best models in the BB franchise so far, I think that i really like the BBG models a lot more due to their cel-shading. while there are plenty of notable console games with cel-shaded graphics, i don't really see any mobile games with the style. The BBU models do look similar to many other mobile games, as plenty of mobile games take on a cartoony style. Well, because of this, i will have to vote for the BBG Cel-Shaded Models.
I saw those replays. In one of them, he claims to have whipped you because his team had 2 more kills than yours, when you had one more kill than him despite having a worse team. *genius face*
It's because of these sorts of guys that I quit the competitive scene. (When I mentioned that I'll show that video the next time someone asks me why I don't play competitively anymore, he simply said "yep" with no inkling of my true meaning.) The thing that will tick them off the most is if you just walk away and refuse to give them the satisfaction of fighting you. This guy in particular is just an idiot and a jerk; AK-47 may have somewhat of a skrublord overcompetitive reputation, but perhaps the other members are a little easier to talk to.
Join the casual side! :P Prolivers welcome, because you don't have to play wacky sets to be considered cool. Chillax and pass your techniques onto other willing newbies, and help people out. It's a lot of fun, and you become very well liked and respected for helping others in return.
Here's the third and final story of this issue. A little adventure between a huggable and a carpet-riding unicorn. This is probably the only time we get to see those weird rocks and these shotgun-deers.
A small detail in this comic, it shows the huggable with actual stitching, as if the artist wanted to show more it's some kind of living plush doll. Looks much more cuter than the creepy things of the No Re-Entry comic.
Here's the Christmas comic. For some reason I can no longer update images directly from my computer, so I have to stick to a different way to show them off... Here we go!
As a final consideration for this small comic, I think it's a bit heartwarming to see Riggs showing a genuine smile for once, and I think this might be one of Wil's first appearances, that bear looks just like him but the colors are way too dark. Also, I wonder what exactly happened to that Thomas boy after he got knocked off the list and stopped being the "chosen one"... it might be amusing to find out he became an extremely powerful bad guy as a result, being the mastermind behind the whole HIP... all for getting Oliver back! XD
